Please contact us if you’re running behind for your scheduled appointment time. Our professionals will do their best to service you in the time remaining. However, please be aware that you’ll still be charged for your full-reserved appointment time.

iSpa requires a 24-hour notice for any changes or cancellations. No shows or failure to give a 24-hour notice of cancellation will result in a charge of ½ the amount of scheduled service. When scheduling two or more services on the same day, a credit card is required to secure your reserved time.

Gift certificates must be presented prior to your service. All other payment is required at the end of your visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks and cash. Returned checks will be subject to a $25 fee.

To maintain tranquility, please use your "spa" voice and silence your cell phone.

For your ultimate relaxation and for your children’s safety, we ask that you make alternate accommodations for young children who are not receiving spa services. iSpa does not allow or provide service for children under the age of 12.

Gift certificates are available for any dollar amount or service. Gift certificates must be presented upon redemption and redeemed within 6 months of purchase. If you don’t show up or fail to give a 24-hour notice of changes, the gift certificate will be forfeited. This also applies to services given as donation for fundraisers or to charitable organizations.

 

A gratuity is not included in our service price, yet it is greatly appreciated. If you’re unsure of the appropriate amount to contribute, you may use the guideline of 10 - 15%.
